It is a major source of up-to-date information on global horticultural research. ISHS aims to promote research in all branches of horticulture. It encourages the development of international co-operation, bringing together scientific and technical professionals to stimulate, facilitate and co-ordinate research and scientific activities on a global scale.

About Wenatchee, WA

The organizing committee will host the event online, operating from Wenatchee, located at the confluence of the Columbia and Wenatchee rivers, near the eastern foothills of the Cascade Range.
The city, also known as the "Apple Capital of the World", lies at the center of the vibrant Washington State tree fruit production area. The State's apple production is certainly one of excellence in the world, and one of the largest worldwide, due to very favorable climatic and cultural conditions. In addition the low level of humidity minimizes the need of pesticides treatments and this represents an undeniable advantage for plant protection and product healthiness.
